Jodie Steinberg is a litigation attorney with substantial experience in personal injury and general litigation. She has been practicing for ten years and has both private law firm as well as in house counsel experience. Moreover, she has handled cases for both plaintiffs and defendants and thus has a unique ability to know how both sides think which makes her invaluable in settlement negotiations and trial.
Jodie started working at a workers compensation firm and quickly transitioned into general litigation. Jodie has a very successful track record of being able to settle cases quickly and efficiently. She also has trial experience as a first chair attorney. Jodie has practiced personal injury law extensively as well as real estate professional liability, general litigation, employment law, products liability and a myriad of other areas of law. This experience has provided Jodie with a wide range of litigation experience from the opening of the file all the way through trial and even post trial.
Jodie is a member of the California State Bar and is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in California. Jodie graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2005 and was a member of the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. In 2002, she graduated from Queens College with a BA in philosophy and a minor in psychology.
